| Cyclone |
Cyclones are commonly used in removal of course dust from air or gas stream and often used as pre collector. The principle advantage is low cost, low maintenance, low pressure drop. Not suitable for fine dust particles.
Cyclones can be offered in multistage for better efficiency. Efficiency is as high as 90% down to 20 microns can be achieved and can be constructed out of steel, aluminum and stainless steel.

| Multi Cyclone |
| This works similar to that of the cyclone. This can be constructed of steel, cast iron. They are used for course dust and efficiency is up to 89% down to 5 microns. The outer house is constructed out of sheet metal. Hopper wit rotary air lock valve are provided. |

| Fabric Filter |
| AFE is specialized in fabric filters of various types for different types of dust particle.
Considering the type of dust, gas, and temperature fabric is selected. We can offer fabric filters of polyester; polypropylene, Ryton and Nomax.Fabric filter can be offered in the following types

a) Open bags
b) Mechanical or manual shaking
c) Pulse jet bag filter.

| Bag filters are designed for trouble free operation and the efficiency is as high as 99.8% down to 5 microns. Back house is fabricated out of steel. Hopper, screw conveyor (optional) rotary air lock valve can be offered. |

| Wet Collectors |
| Wet collectors for fumes, mist and suspended dust are called scrubbers. This class of pollution control equipment collectors particulate by direct contact with liquid. These types of collectors have the ability to handle high temperature and light dust laded gases. |
