AFE’S custom Built fans from smaller to larger size can be made. To handle gas volume 0.3 m3/sec to 120 m3/sec and pressure ranging from 25mmwc to 2500mmwc in single stage. Our Fan design incorporates maximum flexibility, allowing selections at very high efficiency. Centrifugal fans are available in different blade configurations depending on the application, Temperature, Medium of air and dust load.

The different types of blades are
a) Forward curved b) Backward curved c) Straight Radial d) Radial tipped e) Backward inclined f) Paddle type open impellers g) Aerofoil

Fans can also be offered in different drive arrangements depending on size & temperature.
a) Direct mounted on motor shaft b) Direct coupled c) Belt driven

AFE’S Centrifugal fans are ruged built for longer life. Depending on the medium of air and temperature fans can be constructed out of steel, stainless steel, PP-FRP lined, MS FRP lined, MS-Rubber lined. Fan’s/Blower’s are performance tested as per IS 4894, BS 848 part I and AMCA 210. The rotors are statically and dynamically balanced to quality grade Q 6.3 in allordance to ISO 1940.
