The process
Batch materials are received, weighed and mixed under extraction with bag filters at every transfer, and conveyed to the furnace by air slides or pneumatic lines.
The gas
Extraction air from crushers, screens and transfer points, carrying abrasive mineral dust. Radial wheels with wear protection ahead of the collector, or efficient wheels behind it.
